    I am on the fence about trying either the Stonghold or Comfortis. Does this product continue to work if your dog gets wet after the application process?

    Animals may be bathed 2 hours after treatment without loss of efficacy.

    Hi, Yes it is ok to use Stronghold on dogs who have not been tested for heartworm but please note that, This product provide prevention against heartworm not treatment. If your dog already has heartworm, it won't help.

    All the products we currently sell are "over the counter" products in the country they are shipped from and no prescription is required.

    Revolution equivalent for US

    I live in the US and used Revolution for for years for my pack. So when I found Stronghold which is the UK equivalent but at a much more affordable price I was sold. Same great product for preventative pet care but at a better price.

    Tough of fleas, even in the Deep South!

    We’ve been using Stronghold for our Giant Schnauzers for several years now and have always been happy with the way it works. We do use it every 3 weeks in the summertime as we are in Georgia and fleas can really get out of control here. I am a dog groomer and have recommended Stronghold to many of my clients and their dogs are consistently free of fleas when they come in for grooming!
