Heartgard doesn't treat tapeworms. We recommend, Milbemax or Drontal if you have tapeworm problem.

Florida Heartwarm, Fleas, and Ticks are the worst

Since I started on the Nexgard, Heartgard combination every month we are flea and tick free and stay heartworm negative. While on so many other products did i end up with fleas and ticks.
