    Is this medication the equivalent of the Nexgard plus that has been out of stock for so long? I live in the USA and so just want to be sure this covers the same things as Nexgard Plus.

    Nexgard only covers with ticks and fleas. Nexgard Spectra on the other hand, covers some intestinal worms including heartworms.
