Hello, I noticed that the autoship options are every 12 months and every 6 months. I am unable to find a dosage frequency on the label, but am aware that many similar products are recommended for one per month. Could you please clarify this for me? thanks, Deb

The 12 pack product contains 12 tubes, each tube covers one month. So if you buy 12 pack, you will be covered for 12 months, hence the autoship intervals.
