I was very skeptical when ordering from a company I knew nothing of. And the product (Advocate) was so much less than (Advantage) both made by Bayer. I ordered the product and received in 10 days. This was for a stray cat that was decimated by fleas and worms. I didnt think she would make it. I gave the flea medicine to her. Wow..she is thriving and gaining weight. THANK YOU..Petbucket..for the great service..and something I can afford. And most of all Thank you from the Stray cat. You saved her life. Debbie S.

Great customer service and support! After discovering that we had mistakenly submitted the incorrect box number for a parcel to be delivered to our daughter in Brisbane, I emailed PetBucket to hopefully correct the error prior to shipping - pleased to advise that all arrived safely within a week of dispatch. The shipping was fine, but I may well have made a mistake in ordering Stronghold rather than Revolution as Stronghold does not seem to control the fleas.

Hi, my order has been received and came in good condition. I am extremely satisfied with your service. I feel lucky that I found you on the web. I would not be able to protect my pet cat, Opie, if it wasn`t for your service. I am a senior living on a fixed income and the prices around my way are way over my budget. But thanks to you, I can rest assured that my Opie is going to be protected from Heartworm etc. Which makes me a very happy person. Thanks again...and Opie thanks you too. :-) http://c9874578.r78.cf2.rackcdn.com/148/testimonial/5712.jpg

This is the first time I have used Pet Bucket. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the flea preventive I was using as I have recently retired and am watching my pennies. However, with 6 older cats that is not always easy. Someone suggested I try to locate my brand on the internet. That is when I discovered Pet Bucket. I am really pleased with the fast service. My order was received and mailed within one day. In addition, I was emailed every step of the way so I knew what was happening. It arrived safely and was exactly what I had been using but at half the cost and that included shipping to Canada. I was so pleased I have signed up for the three month automatic delivery. I would highly recommend this company. I had no fears with regard to providing them with my information re: credit card as I knew it was a safe site. By the way, I am a REAL person and this is a REAL story :) Thanks again Pet Bucket!!

I continue to be so very pleased with Pet Bucket`s products, prices, and great service. I have ordered meds for our cats for over a year and the prices can`t be beat and delivery is reliable and timely. I usually receive the products before their promised delivery dates. Three cheers for Pet Bucket! Thank you for being such a quality company.
