Fast response. I received the wrong size Bravecto for my cat. I ordered for large cat but received for small cat. I sent an Email with picture of what product I got and they replaced it.
Thank you Petbucket! -

A very easy manner to shop for our pets' needs! Love ordering this way. The only reminder is to order early as it takes a while to deliver.

I was very happy with my purchase! I heard about Petbucket.com through a nearby shelter where I got my dog from, who is heartworm positive. They informed me that I am able to go through Petbucket.com and get the preventative/medicine she needs without a note from the vet. I was very satisfied with the service and price! I am most definitely going to use Petbucket.com to get more pet supplies when both my dogs need it. I love this website!

I've been using Petbucket for a few years now. The prices are great and my orders have always shown up without any issues. The shipping time is a bit longer but as long as you plan ahead it's really not a problem.

I used to pay a high price for Revolution for cats, but came across an ad of yours, and have been ordering from you ever since. I find your delivery prompt, considering your source, and have never had a bad outcome from the product. I recently recommended you to my daughter Patti, who I hope will have as good service as I have always had. Thank you for helping my cats stay healthy and comfortable!

I placed a large order for a shelter and we weren't sure about the best way to ship the items. Petbucket worked with me to help me figure out how we should ship the items, answered all my questions about shipping and the product, and were very patient while shelter staff were trying to get all the necessary information about shipping (the shelter is in the Caribbean and we were worried about customs fees, security, and timeliness). I really appreciate Petbucket's help and their patience answering all my questions. In the end, the products arrived quickly, no fees (just as Petbucket said). These are the best quality products AND the most inexpensive I've found.

I found Stronghold for cats at PetBucket and decided to try it. It was less than half the price I was paying for meds at the vet and has the same ingredients. Shipping time was not at all unreasonable and I received it when they said I would. Stronghold works and I will definitely be a return customer.

I like the convenience of buying my dog's medication from Pet Bucket.
I also like saving the shipping costs by using the automatic shipment feature.
The medicine is also less costly than purchasing it from my veterinarian.
Thanks Pet Bucket!

Derek S.Port Jervis, New York, United States
For the price, I received the product I was supposed to in a fairly timely manner (about 10 days). Only significant criticism would be the packaging. I ordered Nexguard and while the handling of the items is not necessarily an indication of Pet Bucket's service, it came in an envelope which led to receiving two fairly mangled boxes. The product was alright though. Recommend possibly using a small box next time?

Out of my desperation to find a flea treatment that was actually effective after spending exorbitant $ on ones that didn't - I discovered my solution about 4 years ago through Petbucket. The product works, the price is fair, and delivery is usually within 10 days - 2 weeks. A small price to pay for not having to even think about fleas. Thank you Petbucket!

I ordered Bravecto for cats. Love it. The fleas are dead. I will continue to order it every 3 months. We almost had an infestation on our cats. Comforting, Capstar and flea baths at the vet and nothing killed them until this product. The fleas became resistant to what we used before. I am pleased this works.

I have been ordering from Petbucket for a number of years and have been very happy with this company. All orders are shipped and arrive without a problem. I would highly recommend them and am very happy with the service AND the price compared to what the product would cost me here in Australia. Thank you Petbucket.

I am part of a small cat/dog rescue in Tennessee, USA. Your prices are much lower than other online pet supplies, not to mention what we pay in our sops, or the vet office! Shipping is a little longer than local orders - but that is no problem since we can plan ahead. Your customer service also impressed me, at my first order I made a mistake with the delivery address, your response was within 24 hours and you fixed it right away!
